Automatic Rigid Box Making Machine for Chocolate Box is specialized in mass producing all kinds of small rigid boxes, such as finest jewlery box, ornaments box, gift box, watch box, pencil box, candy box, souvenir box, and cosmetic box, etc. The minimum size for wrapped box is 45x45x15mm, which covers the finger ring box. It is the smallest automatic box maker in China.
This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and outputs about 1500-1800 boxes/hour.

1. Suit to all kinds of rigid boxes in mass production;
2. Employ Japanese Panasonic PLC, camera tracing system and man-machine control to automatically form boxes in one process;
3. Computer control with error auto stop and display;
4. Automatically feed paper and greyboard;
5. 24 hours control for glue pre-heating;
6. Automatically cut and heat tape to paste the greyboard box’s quad stayer (four corners), with independent man-machine control;
7. Spotter by camara and robot arm (spotting accuracy ≤0.05mm.) ;
8. Wrapping unit can automatically and continually deliver box, wrap paper, fold corner edge, fold in and form box;
9. Remodel for irregular boxes and plastic boxes (optional);
10. Automatic control system for glue viscosity(optional).
