Equipment features:
1. Feeder part: Feeder to achieve automatic delivery of wrap paper and cardboard, sucking one sheet per time, keeping time no deviation during delivery.
2. Gluing part: Hot-melting glue system do automatic heating, circulation, mixing the glue and control the viscosity of glue precisely, also wash up the glue tank after glue work finish automatically.
3.Spotter part: The hydraulic pneumatic spotter device combine with precision photoelectric detecting system, which can correct and keep the right position sticking the cardboard box on the glued
wrap paper.
4.Press part: The square press tooling can compact each conveying box that under its range, make the touch surface between wrap paper and cardboard box more neat and smooth, expel air bubbles.
5.Control panel: The convenient control panel equiped with senstive touch screen HMI system, can freely transform between Chinese and English, make each operation easy.
6.PLC part: This machine adopts advanced PLC system. It can precisely control and realize the details operation of automatic rigid box production process.
